I called these guys up for a wine stain on my rug. Jordan answered the phone and told me that wine can be iffy. I told him it was over a month ago, he said it didn’t look good, but we could give it a shot. The tech came out, looked at it and told me it probably wasn’t going to come out. He didn’t pressure me into cleaning it at all, I asked if it would look better and he said maybe. So I went for it. It didn’t clean all the way, BUT it did look much better. The tech was very apologetic for not getting it out, he said he felt bad about charging for it. I appreciated him trying to clean it and not making me feel like I had to, so I tipped him
David is the first person you speak with when you call BHCC and that guy, I tell ya, he doesn’t talk to you like you’re a client, he talks to you like you’re his friend and neighbor and he’s genuinely glad to hear from you. He’s able to fully explain everything you have to ask about. But the best part is that he’s not just somebody who answers the phone, he’s the manager and he used to be a technician, so he really does know what he’s talking about. Then each technician that he’s sent to my home has always been very friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. I thoroughly trust this company.
I wanted a cleaning co. that wouldn’t use harsh chemicals on my area rugs… I have a persian and a handmade shag. My friend told me these dudes were great so I tried em out and they did do a great job. Their products are strong cleaners but all natural and don’t have a gross smell or any harmful toxins. The whole thing was great.
So I was talking to the guy on the phone to make an appointment even though my personal schedule is a zoo… he was giving me a bunch of days to choose from and then he said, “Wait, what about today?..” I didn’t even think that was an option. Most places don’t go that far to problem solve with you. I’ll use BHCarpet Cleaners again.
